How the inclusions workplain-English detail on every item
  • A content update is a change to existing text or images on your site. New pages, new features and redesigns are quoted separately. Updates don't roll over month to month.
  • A revision round is one consolidated list of change requests during your build.
  • Response targets apply on business days (AEST) and are targets, not guarantees.
  • Google Business Profile setup is initiated within 72 hours of your site going live. Google controls verification timing, which can take from a few days to a few weeks and may require your participation (e.g. a video walkthrough or postcard to your address).
  • Google Business Profile and Google Analytics are set up in your own Google account, with Pixelate added as a manager. If you don't have one, we'll walk you through creating it. You keep ownership and control at all times.
  • The monthly traffic snapshot covers your website analytics. For weekly plain-English reporting across leads, calls, reviews and bookings, see the Weekly Report Agent.
  • Blog publishing (up to 2 posts per month, content supplied by you) is separate from and does not consume your monthly content updates. Writing the post for you is quoted separately.
  • Every plan includes a small "Website by Pixelate" link in your site footer. Pro includes removal on request; on Essentials and Growth it can be removed for a one-off fee (quoted on request).
  • The Google review link makes it easy for happy customers to leave you a review.
  • Plan inclusions notify you about your customers. They never contact your customers automatically. Anything that messages your customers for you is an AI Agent.

A worked example

Growth plan, 12-month term: $1,599 one-off setup, then $109/mo care (first month free). Pay it monthly, or pay the year upfront in bulk: 11 × $109 = $1,199 for the year. Prefer no commitment? Growth is $129/mo month-to-month, cancel anytime.

What's included in updates: Content updates cover text and image changes. New pages, structural redesigns, and new features are quoted separately. Your setup fee and monthly rate are both fixed and shown upfront, so you always know the price before any extra work begins.
Domains, hosting & data are all included: Your care plan covers your domain name and all hosting fees. We register and manage your domain on your behalf through GoDaddy. The domain is yours, and if you cancel we release it to you. Every domain includes domain protection, privacy and security as standard, these are not add-ons or extra charges, they're built into your pricing. Not every domain name is available, and we'll help you find the right one. Domains costing up to $100/year are fully covered; if you choose a premium domain priced above that, the extra cost is passed on as a surcharge. Or if you'd prefer no domain cost at all, we can host your site for free on a Netlify URL. All your site data is securely stored and backed up on Netlify, and on Supabase where applicable.

Common questions

Is the monthly plan required?

Yes, the care plan covers hosting, security, updates and support, so it's how your site stays live and looked after. You choose the term that suits you.

Can I go month-to-month?

Absolutely. Month-to-month has no minimum term and you can cancel anytime. It's just a little more per month. Lock in 6, 12 or 24 months for a lower rate.

What's the minimum commitment?

Our shortest contract is 6 months. Month-to-month is available with no minimum if you'd rather keep it flexible.

Can I pay the plan upfront?

Yes, pay your care plan monthly, or pay the whole term in bulk upfront. Either way, your first month is free.

What do I need to provide?

Your text and images. Don't have them ready? Our Growth and Pro plans include content help to get you there.

How fast can I be live?

Usually within a few days of sending your content. We move fast. Branding and larger builds can take a little longer; we'll always give you a realistic timeframe upfront. Timeframes are a guide, not a guarantee.

Do I pay extra for a domain or hosting?

No, your domain name and hosting are included in your care plan. We register domains through GoDaddy, and domain protection, privacy and security come as standard, not as extra fees. Domains up to $100/year are covered; premium domains above that carry a surcharge, or we can host you free on a Netlify URL.

Where is my data kept?

All your site data is securely stored and backed up on Netlify, and on Supabase where your site needs a database, so your content and information stay safe and recoverable.
