Give your team the details to review a cleaning enquiry.

Help customers choose the right service and tell you about the property. We scope the pages and enquiry form around your cleaning business, your service area and the way you prepare quotes.

Agree what belongs in the first enquiry.

The useful questions depend on the services you provide. A form can ask for the following details when they belong in your agreed scope.

  • Service and property

Ask which service the customer needs and the relevant property details. Include only the options your business offers.

  • Suburb and timing

Check whether the job falls inside your service area and record the customer’s preferred timing. A requested time is not a confirmed booking.

  • Scope and special requests

Explain inclusions and exclusions, then let the customer add details your team needs to assess.

  • A clear next step

Tell the customer what happens after submission. Route the enquiry to the agreed inbox or supported system and test its arrival.

Make the service differences easy to understand.

Give regular, deep, end-of-lease or commercial cleaning their own explanation when you offer them. State what is included, what needs inspection and how you confirm the final quote. Use the service names and terms your customers recognise.

Check the whole enquiry path.

Agree the job

We confirm your services, service area, audience and the action a visitor should take. The written scope names the pages, features and content you need to supply.

Build around your customers

We organise the pages around the questions people ask before they contact you. We use your approved business facts, images and reviews.

Check the enquiry path

We test the agreed forms and links on desktop and mobile, including where an enquiry goes and what the customer sees after submitting it.

Measure what you can act on

We agree which enquiry events to measure and verify the tracking where access allows. Reports distinguish confirmed submissions from clicks and state any missing data.

Website and care pricing, with the scope in writing.

Select the current website tier for the agreed page list. Any quoting integration or follow-up workflow needs its own scope and availability check. An enquiry agent that answers website questions any hour, and passes the uncertain ones to a person, is quoted the same way.

Questions before you start.

  • Can the form produce an instant cleaning price?

Only if the pricing rules, exclusions and supporting systems are agreed as part of a separate quoting scope. A standard enquiry form collects information for your team to review.

  • Can you add reminders after a quote?

We can assess the workflow as a separate service. We confirm the supported provider, consent requirements and availability before it enters the agreed scope.

  • How will we know whether enquiries arrive?

We test the agreed submission route and confirm its destination. Where tracking access allows, we measure successful submissions separately from button clicks.

Start with your services and service area.

Send your current website and the details you need before preparing a quote. We will use them to scope the pages and enquiry path.
