Your CRM is built at cost, and BISMO runs on a monthly plan quoted to the size of your business. Australian dollars, GST included.

Whole jobs, not single tasks. One setup price, then monthly. No deposit: the setup is invoiced when it goes live, and you can cancel the monthly on 30 days' notice.

Will an agent send messages without me seeing them?

Yes, where you have asked it to. BISMO replies, texts and sends quotes on its own, inside the rules you set, and every message shows in the log. Anything that moves money, such as an invoice or a payment, waits for your OK, and any agent can be switched off.

Is there a setup fee for BISMO?

No. Setting up BISMO is part of your CRM build, which we charge at cost. In the first month, up to $800 of agents is on us. The bigger builds have their own setup price, listed on this page and invoiced when the build goes live.

Do I need BISMO or the AI receptionist?

They do different jobs. The AI receptionist answers your phone, takes each caller's details and emails them to you, on a plan priced on its own page. BISMO runs the admin after an enquiry lands: booking, invoicing and chasing payment inside your CRM. You can start with either one.

Does the AI receptionist pretend to be a person?

No. It never claims to be human. When a caller needs a person, it takes their message and passes it to the team through the hand-off we test before the first live call.

What happens if we go over the included call minutes?

Minutes above the allowance are charged at 49c a minute, GST included, on either plan. Front Desk includes 3,000 minutes a month and Overflow includes 750.

Can an agent text my customers?

Yes. BISMO can work by text message. Each agent that texts includes 250 message segments a month. Extra segments cost 15 cents each, GST included, billed monthly in arrears, and unused segments do not carry over. A message over 160 characters counts as more than one segment. Every text names your business and carries a working opt-out, and we agree the timing and wording with you when the agent is set up.
