Where your week goes,
in hours.

Put in how often you do each routine admin task and how long it takes. This adds up the hours a week and a year, and shows your three biggest. It uses only your numbers, it runs in your browser, and nothing you type is sent or saved.

Fill in the tasks you do and leave the rest blank. Decimals are fine, for example 2.5.

Assumption: starts at 48, which allows four weeks off. Change it to match your year.

    The working

These hours are only as good as the numbers you put in, and they assume every working week is like the one you described. This shows where your time goes. It does not say how much of it a system could take on: that depends on the task, and we will tell you plainly if you ask.

    What to do
    with the number.

Start with the biggest task, not the whole list.

    • Ask whether it can move

Send us your top task and how it runs today. We will tell you whether a system can carry it, what stays with you, and what it would cost, in writing, before anything starts.

    • Tick through the checklist

Fifteen statements that show where admin piles up: enquiries, quotes, bookings, invoices and reviews. Printable, with no email needed.

    • Whose numbers are these?

Only yours. There are no pre-filled answers, no industry averages and no estimate of what automation would save. The one assumption is 48 working weeks a year, and you can change it.

    • Is anything I type saved?

No. The sums run in your browser, and nothing you enter is sent to us or saved. The copy button only puts the breakdown on your own clipboard.

    • Why 48 weeks?

It is a starting point that allows four weeks off a year. Change it to the weeks you actually work, from 1 to 52.

    • What should I count?

A normal week, not your busiest or quietest. Count the times you do the task yourself, and the minutes it takes from start to finish, including finding the details.

    Hand the biggest one
    to a system.

Show us the task that took the most hours. We will tell you plainly what could carry it and where a person stays in charge.
