Every agent drafts before it sends, the owner approves anything going out in their name, and any agent can be switched off at any time. Most of it is scoped individually. Two things have a fixed price: - Advanced Local SEO Campaign: $849 a month. - Meta ads and social: $499 to set up, then $449 a month for at least three months from launch, and month to month after that. Facebook and Instagram ads run in the client's own ad account, with a tracking event on the site so the monthly report shows cost per enquiry. Eight organic posts a month are included; the posts are not sold on their own. Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Meta on the client's own card, never through Pixelate. Ads run on Facebook and Instagram only, not Google, TikTok or LinkedIn. No guaranteed rankings and no guaranteed enquiries.
